Karen Hagestad Cacy is the author of murder mystery novels and political thrillers: The President’s Assassin, R.S.V.P., Murder at Pebble Beach, and The Reluctant Spy. Her other credits include the play SAY UNCLE!, and the Warner Brothers screenplay SAY UNCLE.
Karen is now at work on her fifth novel, second in the Gus Boling detective series.
A graduate of Portland State University, she also attended American University in Cairo and George Washington University. A former Washington, D.C. cabinet level speechwriter and federal transportation lobbyist, she now lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with her husband (Alex), cat (Sasha), and dog (Sykes).
